Ag Parts Manager

*This is a parts counter position*

Clark, SD

Responsibilities

• Lead the parts department team.
• Assist customers and service technicians at the parts counter by identifying, locating, and recommending the correct parts for agricultural equipment.
• Use parts catalogs, inventory systems, and manufacturer resources to accurately research and process parts orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
• Provide pricing, availability information, and product knowledge to customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Keep the parts area clean, organized, and safe.
• Process sales transactions, invoices, and payments accurately.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while supporting dealership sales and operational goals.

Service Technician

Clark, SD

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine issues on agricultural equipment using manufacturer guidelines and diagnostic tools.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and service inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow dealership policies, safety procedures, and manufacturer standards.
• Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and labor time on work orders.

Experience

• One or more years’ experience or technical college degree or certification preferred.
• Experience with repair, service, and maintenance following technical manual procedures preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with basic computer functions.
• Able to lift, bend, and carry.
